Committee Registration or Amendment Packet


Used to report information for registering a new committee or to amend information for an existing committee.

Campaign Finance Disclosure Forms


Used only by local campaign committees formed to support or oppose a local ballot measure and which file paper campaign finance reports with their local election authority. All other Missouri committees must file disclosure reports electronically.

Exempt Candidate Forms


Used by candidates running for statewide elected office, the general assembly or municipal office in a city with a population of more than 100,000, that meet the requirements to file as an exempt candidate.

Non-Committee Expenditure Report


Used by those not defined as a committee, who make expenditures totaling $500 or more in support of or in opposition to candidate or ballot measures; or whom internally disseminate information advocating the support of or opposition to any candidate or ballot measure to its members, etc., totaling more than $2,000 in a calendar year.

Out of State Committee Filing


Used by certain committees domiciled outside the state of Missouri to report their financial activities.
