Payment Made on Previously Incurred Expenditures:
A previously incurred expenditure is one where an obligation or promise to pay an expenditure was made but actual payment had not been made.
  • An incurred expenditure is reported when an expenditure is made in one reporting period but not paid until another, and may be an estimated amount of the exact charges due.
  • Reported incurred expenditures show up as debt against the committee.
  • When paying an incurred expenditure…actual payment is made to the person/vendor for the exact amount due and reported as an Expenditure Made. Filer must also remove the debt (created by the incurred expenditure in the last reporting period by…reporting in the Payments on Previously Reported Incurred Expenditures section (use the same amount used when reporting the incurred expenditure).
