Executive Director
The Missouri Ethics Commission is seeking an Executive Director. This position is statutory limited to six years of
service. The Director reports directly to the Commission and is responsible for the daily operation of the Commission.
The successful applicant must be non-partisan in executing the duties of the position as set out by the statute and as
directed by the Commission. A Bachelor degree in business, public administration, or a closely related field is
required. The applicant must have a minimum of four years supervisory experience with proven leadership skills and
strategic planning skills. Knowledge of state government, state budgets, campaign finance and lobbying laws beneficial.
The successful applicant must have the ability to work with Legislators and other public officials.
Must be able to present the Commission’s position in a clear and concise manner. Salary commensurate with experience.
