Statement of Committee Organizations & Amended Statement of Committee Organizations must have original signatures and can either be mailed or hand delivered to the MEC.

To begin electronic filing or change email address on file with the Missouri Ethics Commision file a Personal Identification Number Application and Local Campaign Finance Reporting Waiver

  1. Fill out PIN Application and Waiver
  2. Mail or Fax Application/Waiver to MEC
  3. Receive username and password from MEC
  4. Start filing electronically
